Very fond memories of Bill from many years ago.Always a great conversation and some great laughs. May he rest in peace and keep singing in the afterlife. I always enjoyed his singing. Deepest sympathies to his family.
Uncle Bill we will definitely miss you. Lots of great great memories of our times together. Much love to all the family.
Ellen Sue & Scotty too.
Uncle Billy we sure did have a lot of fun over the years. And many many laughs. There was never a time that you couldn't make me laugh with some outrageous statement you'd make. I was always your Rare Bird. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
Bill, met you many years ago wish we could have stayed in touch but I was in the military for a long time. God bless you and your family, my cousins in the valley. Love and respect always.
Uncle Bill I will miss your calls and you stopping in for hair cuts or just to chat. I enjoyed our times at bingo, it wont be the same going without you being there. Love you Uncle Bill, R.I. P.
For those who who didn't know my Uncle he was quite talented. Was a very good artist , played the guitar and sang. He was one of the early rockers in Ilion. He was a very good athletes in Ilion as well where I believe he still holds some track records. He played softball for many years and was very good at as well. He had a love for the horses which he played every day and he loved to go to the casino and play bingo at least 2 times a week. He loved to be around people.
The Whiter Funeral Company was started in 1893 by H.A. Whiter and was originally located in Forestport, NY. Following a fire in Forestport our family relocated in Ilion, and reopened the funeral home, in the early 1900's.
